Sunshine - a nickname given to me by a coworker all due to my "sunny personality". I had to be 'sunny' at 5:30 in the morning! We had a blast and despite the stress of the job - we employees had some fun! I can tell several funny stories! Somehow, the nickname just kinda stuck and I've used it ever since a handle or pen name. Depending on the company, I can be serious, naughty or just nice. I can be downright silly and feel like I will never completely grow up - I'll be a Toys R Us kid forever! I love animals, especially horses, hoping to some day own one. In the meantime, I love to collect and paint models of them. These days, I volunteer with my area Land Trust Osprey Observation Team studying the area population recording data on nesting activities and chick rearing while photographing these incredible raptors. This year, I am helping with Project Limulus - a program studying the horseshoe crab population, which is on a serious decline. I love all nature and love to take pictures. My camera is much like Horatio's gun - always by my side ready to fire! I enjoy nature walks, birding hikes, whale watches, and fishing - and I'll gladly share my nature photos with anyone interested. I love the ocean - probably due to being a Scorpio - a water sign. I also love science fiction movies - from old Japanese monster movies to some of the biggest blockbuster films like Star Wars, XMen, Star Trek. and Indiana Jones as well as clever comedies & good dramas. Musical tastes vary from Def Leppard & Duran Duran to most 80s British pop, hard rock, some heavy metal, easy listening, and even Garth Brooks. I enjoy N'Sync just as much as I like Elton John. Fave foods generally consist of your typical Italian dishes to seafood. Lately, my TV loves are Horatio, Horatio, and more Horatio being totally hooked on CSI Miami.
