Episode Recap: This episode begins with a teenage boy complaining to his friend on the phone about being grounded and looking at the neighbors with his telescope when he sees a body hanging.
Yelina and Horatio come on the scene and find that the body is Dr. Carlos Garza. When they process they find a cigarette with lipstick on it, evidence of a break in, and hair in the belt that the dr. was hung with.
Calleigh learns about Sarah Foster a patient of Dr. Garza’s that had died on the table during a routine surgery. Her husband was suing the practice for her wrongful death.
The team talks to the people at Dr. Garza’s practice, to Sarah Foster’s husband, and a patient of the surgical clinic. They have Mrs. Foster’s body exhumed so Alexx can do her own autopsy on her.
The team figures out that the it was the nurse Debbie went back to kill Dr. Garza cause they were in a relationship and he was messing around with other women. Horatio goes to talk to Mr. Foster about how his wife died. And Alexx has to deal with another ME about the exhumation of the Sarah Foster.
