Episode Recap: The team is on again, this time investigating the murder of Chelsea Marsh, the daughter of Delko's therapist. The show starts off with a patient telling Dr. Marsh about this constant dream that he has about killing her and exactly how he'd do it. With this, we move to the morning, wherein the place is an now official crime scene. We see Frank and H by the body, when Tripp tells H the mother found the body around 5 30 am. At this point we see Delko walking up to the scene finally noticing the crime scene is that of his therapist. Coroner puts TOD approxiamately between 1 and 4 am. Back at he lab, a piece of paper is found with Dr.'s last known appointment, Nick Burnham. Tripp and H interview him and he denies killing Chelsea. In the morgue, Eric finds that the murder weapon led to intercranial hemorraging. Also, her tox report found that she was loaded on presciption drugs. As the story plays out, Delko goes to visit Dr. Marsh where she tells him that her filles were stolen and full of secrets, including his. The file cabinet is full of prints, some of which lead them to Eddie Dashell. After H visits the salon where Pam Dashell works to confirm Mr. Dashell's alibi, he notices a pair of cutting scissors long enough to be the murder weapon. Lab tests on brain matter found in the scissors confirmed that Pam Dashell was the alleged killer of Chelsea Marsh. Case closed.
BANG! One shot and the CSI's are storming to the Marsh house only to Rachel Marsh in her driveway barely alive. H hears something and follows it leading to the son, Justin, washing his bloodied hands in the pool. He's taken into custody where he tells CSI's that someone paid him to steal his mom's files. Turns out that it was Shane Huntington, Chelsea'a ex-boyfriend, who paid Justin off. Calleigh takes a trip down to the yacht club where Shane is arrested for robbery. After seizing the files, CSI's are still puzzled as to who killed Dr. Marsh. While reading through her files, Eric finds Nick Burnham's file; it describes a dream in which he would kill her. Eric and Calleigh find out that a gun was used to break the clock, at which point, they checked to see if he was "dumb" enough to register the gun. Truth; he did register the gun and he killed Dr. Marsh on a jealous rampage because she cancelled their next appointment.

Personnel issues: While reading through Dr. Marsh's(deceased) stolen files, Calleigh unexpectedly stumbles across Delko's file. Some brief notes are pointed out, some saying, "after i got shot......it really put things it perspective.....made me think about my future...settling down(at which point she looks at him awkwardly).......be nice if it were CALLEIGH. Calleigh is both stunned and surprised after reading this. there is an awkward moment between them because Calleigh does not tell Eric that read his file. Later on, at the end of the episode they talk briefly and she lets him know he can tell her anything.
