| One Moment Can Change Everything Part 1 The Night air was Humid, it was all most as if there was trouble lurking in the shadows of Miami. The team was hanging out in the lab, A storm was heading straight for South Beach. Horatio was sitting in his office with his head down on the desk the blinds drawn. Eric and Ryan were playing scrabble and the girls were talking about some book they both read. "Hey guy's it looks like we are going to get hit hard with this storm that is fast approaching. No sooner then Tara said storm the wind started to blow heavy and hit the glass panels on the building. Horatio heard a loud crash and lift his head up off the desk! he looked around the office and tried to focus as he stood up to go to the window. He open the blinds and cut the office lights out as he realize that a tornado was headed strait for Dade county. Horatio pager went off, then Ryan and Natalia and Eric and Calleigh! Code Yellow was in affect and everyone was now on stand by. Horatio went out of the office to where the team was. "Hey guy's its time to get the equipment ready! we will be heading out soon!" Horatio said standing in the door with his hands on his hips. "We are there Horatio!" Eric said as he got up to go down to the lab to get his kit ready and pull out his rain gear. It was not long before everyone follow behind Eric. Horatio phone rang. "Lt. Caine here!" Horatio said stopping in mid stride down to the Alert Center for up dates. "Lt. Caine this is The City Emergency Unit team, we are gearing up and and would like it if you would come down to sit in on a emergency disaster meeting for coordination Red! with all implementing agency!" Captain Dawson said as he stood in the storm center control room. "No problem Captain, be right down!" Horatio said hanging up his cell phone. One Moment Can Change Everything Part 2 The Wind was turning everything up side down. Frank was monitoring police report's and waiting so they could go out and help some victims. "Frank, come with me please, I have been summons to storm command." Horatio said pushing his jacket behind his gun and putting his hands on his hip." "They expect this storm to do some really drastic damage Horatio! It's going to be a long night!" Frank said as they both walked to the elevator to go up to the 7th floor. "This I know Frank, and we are going to be right in the middle of it all!" Horatio said as he stepped on the elevator. "Hey Cal how many kit's should we have ready to go!" Eric said as he and Ryan stood in the supply locker room grabbing supplies. " As many as we can make, the last time we had to come back for supplies I am not going to have to do that any more time. Every min. counts in and is important in these types of storms." Calleigh said as she started to reach also for things off the hooks. Brad the computer guy came to find Calleigh to talk to her about the computer gear she would need out in the field. "Hey Brad, Whats Up!" Calleigh said throwing that southern charm on him! Eric and Ryan started to smile they both knew Brad had a serious crush on Calleigh. "Hi beautiful, just coming to ask what you guy's might need in the field? Horatio gave me one list, I need to know if there is anything else special you need let me know beautiful! you will never know what will happen out there!" Brad said looking into her green eyes. "Well if I do, and I am sure Horatio thought of everything I will call you before we head out!" Calleigh said smiling nervously at Brad! "Alright then, check you guy's later and be safe out there!" Brad said as he left the supplty room. "That boy got it bad for you! You do know that don't you?" Eric asked Calleigh who was flattered and still smiling. "Cal, Brad does have some serious feelings for you, I mean the boy is in dream land about the possiblities!" Ryan said teasing her. | One Moment Can Change Everything Part 3 "Stop you guy's this is really freaking me out!" Calleigh said as they completed the kits and started out of the supply room. "Lt. Caine and Detective Tripp are here now, lets get on with it the job at hand Ladies and Gentleman." Captain Dawson said as they all sat down at the command center table. "Lt. Caine your team are first responders on this. This storm is the worst that Miami has seen in year's. Its expected to bring 90 to 100 miles winds and rain at a down pour of 40 gallons every 3 mins. the eye of this storm is a huge one and it exspects to hit land fall in two hours. We need to be ready! The Media has already sent out alerts across the state of Miami and the southern states up to Virginia state lines. It's taken out Georgias Outerbounds and Is hitting Tallahassee as we speak. I want everyone to know that a lot of people want make it so Lt. Caine we are making the Miami Air Hanger On Route 77 the holding area for the dead! Everyone has been called in on this one Gentleman so Keep your heads down and stay out of the line of fire. Pick up your desater brief on the way out! Please call your families now! Good Luck Everyone" Captain Dawson said as they all look at the radar and the eye of storm growing and spinning straight for Miami. One Moment Can Change Everything Part 4 Horatio and Frank went back to the Lab, The team was waiting on Horatio to fill them in. "Alright here what is happening everyone The storm will hit in less then two hours. We need to take as much equipment as we can and make sure we follow protocol on this. Calleigh and Eric you are Team 1 Natalia and Ryan you are team 2 Frank and I will be lead team on this. Ok call you families instruct them accordingly and pick up your pager's and phone and your region profiles. All hands on deck on this one. Anyone I mean anyone who get's into trouble make sure you call for back up and or help." Horatio said as he walked to the front lobby to get ready to go out. Horatio put on is rain gear, the long black Rain coat and MDP cap and boots made him almost un reconizable. Frank also was dressed down in his rain gear. "Horatio are you ready!"
