Season 5 Bloopers
| Episode # | Blooper Description: |
| 501: Rio | |
| When you see Raymond Jr in previous episodes, he has blue eyes, in this one his eyes are brown. | |
| 507: High Octane | When Natalia is photographing the tire impression on the vic's arm she holds a SLR camera away from her eyes. It is not possible to see what she is photograhing since SLR cameras do not have a view on the little lcd display. Eric makes the same mistake later that episode! |
| 515: Man Down | When Calliegh & Ryan are checking out the parking garage where Eric was shot, Calleigh tell's Ryan, Horatio said the shot came from over there. Ryan finds a car with a GSR Cone on the roof, look at the flashback - Keeler the Security Guard is standing beside the car (shooting) not resting the rifle on the roof of the car to steady his shot! And, the jewelry store where Clavo sold his diamonds is the same as when Speedle was killed, they could at least have moved the red Rolls ragtop - same car, same scene! |
| When the reporter was talking to the football 'legend' in the opening scene, the conversation at the time of the stabbing was different than the taped version listened to later in the story. In the opening scene he says she is starting to sound like a reporter, to which she says yeah, something like that - so...how do you want to be remembered? which is interupted by the crashing of the glass and the gasp/gurgle. In the taped version, he says 'I understand' she says "I'm sorry" at which moment there is a gasp/gurgle, not as she is asking the question - no glass crashing to the floor, and. (Probably an editing thing). | |
| 66 | This episode is built around a false premise. The skate-boarder is supposedly murdered by electrocution, using water from the dispenser as a conductor. As any real technician would know, pure water is an insulator, not a conductor, and only conducts electricity when it contains minerals, salt, iron oxide, etc. Water in the dispenser would have been distilled and filtered to remove any such content, thus elimating it as the proposed tool of destruction. |
| 522. BURNED | At the beginning of the action, when the boyfriend opens the doors, he should have burned his hands for only touching the doorhandles and he wouldn't be able to open them |
| 522. BURNED | There is a scene where Calliegh is prossesing the scens, one frame she has her sidearm the next she doesn't. A few seconds later it is back again. |
| 524. BORN TO KILL | After the accident, Horatio calls for rescue, he never tell where it is needed for. |

The crime labs could use a digital SLR. These cameras have screens on the back like other digital cameras but are SLRs. You can use them like a regular SLR - looking thru the viewfinder or using a view screen on the back.
