  • Khandi off the set I consider it always, a privelage to be able to sit, on set, while they are filming scenes. The atmosphere is always so relaxed and warm. I know that it is different once they found out we were family. My Wife and I sat next to the director/producer while multiple scenes were being shot. Emily, Johnathan and Adam were all on the call sheet so they were there that day as well. We were introduced as family and from there on in, it was hair down and relax.
These folks all, play practical jokes on each other allllll day long. Most importantly tho...nobody looks at anyone else on the set, as nothing less than their equals. We went on break at lunch to food services. OH MY GOD the spread. T-Bone steaks, the freshest fruits and salads, you name it, it was there. The Stars of the show waited in line just like everyone else who was in attendance.
My Wife and I were there the day the crossover was being shot with CSI N.Y. David had just gone to the hospital to pick up his Wife/Girlfriend who had just bore their first child and Khandi was not on the set we were at.
But, all in all, I don't care what the show portrays these folks as or in, it's all fantasy. In reality, these are some of the finest folks that I have had the honor to meet in person. Great times.

  • really fed up! hey Stephanie, PM me with your email and show me which picture of JT is your fave. I like JT myself - I love his character on the show and think he's a nice guy and he is indeed cute. Although Horatio is my fave, I do love all the characters and there's nothing wrong in enjoying your fave actors. But, don't be offended if others think you extreme or are not the biggest fans like you are. When I was young, there was no such thing as the Internet - if you wanted pictures - you had to save your money and buy magazines. In those days, I loved Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran and Adam Ant and I drove my mom nuts wanted every magazine, book, record (and I do mean vinyl records, not CDs!), poster, pin, and fan book I could lay my hands on. My mom had one wall in my bedroom panelled so I could put up all the pictures and posters I wanted and I had it covered from top to bottom by the time I got done! And I spent hours with my best friend growing up making scrapbooks and writing fiction about meeting them. We both collected model horses and all the horses had names that related to our favorite Duran Duran member or song. Talk about nutty crazy for our fave musicians!

  • You Know You Have A Problem When... I enjoy Gary a lot - he's one of those actors that just captivates no matter what he does - just like DC has done with his Horatio. Although, I so wish folks would get off DC's back about the sunglasses thing, his husky voice, and the way he stands or tilts his head. They just don't get the depth of emotion this man puts into this character...

Yeah, I really would love to ask DC what the deal is unless it's just something Horatio would do. Somehow, I could see DC playing with a hound type dog - tossing a frisbee or something like that. Something to keep in the memory bank for my fan letter...

I have to ask, what style riding do you do? I have done Huntseat flat riding - absolutely will not do any kind of jumping, I did some Western, and I my favorite was riding Morgans in Saddleseat. That was eons ago and I really wish I could take up the hobby again but it's just so expensive and everyone is hurting so bad that you can't even arrange working off the fees for lessons by working at the stables. Total bummer -what I wouldn't do to really learn the ins and outs of Western and get back on those Morgans for Saddleseat!

I met Chris Reeve many years ago, so I was devastated when I learned of his accident and his passing on years later. I still have the pic when I was in my teens when I met him... nice guy...

You know you have a problem when...

You imagine yourself in a situation and ask yourself "what would Horatio do?"

  • Question to the fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I admire Jonathan Togo because he's sweet, funny, adorable, and sexy. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor. I started liking Miami around the 5th season; that's when I caught on. I figured out I liked it because of the characters, and I like how the cast goof around on the set. Real down to earth people, and I wish I could meet them...especially Jonathan. He's simply the most sexiest thing on two legs.

Ryan Wolfe and Horatio are my two main favorites on the show because they know how to ask the questions, and they hold no punches back. They're amazing. I love Horatio's one liners too. Can't get enough of them. Wish there was a calender where once a month there's a new one liner. You know, one of those desk calendars:)
