"Man Down" what happens to Eric:
Apr 6 2008, 6:23 PM EDT "Man Down:" Previously Eric was shot in the leg. He managed to grab his gun and continue to shoot so it could give Horatio some time. H ran over to Eric and got him to cover. Eric fights pain while H shoots the killer. Horatio goes to check on him and he says, "I'm gonna be fine."Then another shot rings and Horatio goes back into gunfire. When the shooters run off he turns to Eric who is lying in a pool of blood from being shot in the head. * * * * In "Man Down" Eric is rushed to he hospital. His heart stops for about 12 minutes and they can't get him to respond. When Ryan and Calleigh arrive to give him blood they find out it's too late for transfutions and that he is on plasma from losing too much blood. The doctor gives Eric a cardiac epy (kinda like an epy pen) and he starts to breathe and his pulse comes back. Everyone takes turns visiting him in intensive care. While Calleigh is in there she places a cross in Eric's hand. Which shows how close they really are cause her and Horatio are the only ones who go and viit him more than once in that episode. Anyway... It ends up that Eric has memory loss, slurred, speech, slow reflexes, etc. so he thinks his sister Marisol is still alive and keeps asking for her. After Horatio shoots and kills Clavo Cruaz he visits Eric who asks for his sister again. Here are his exact words: "Where's Marisol? Where's my sister?..Why isn't she here?" Horatio doesn't know how to tell him that she is dead so he just puts his head down after a tear falls down Eric's face. It's SO sad cause you like NEVER see Eric cry!! But he does in this one which makes you feel really bad for him because until now you don't realize how muc he really was close to his sister. You knew he was close but he wanted to see her more than his parents!! 8 out of 10 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 15 2008, 9:17 PM EDT I felt the same way as stephanie20 and csi miami girl, i just saw the re-run on this one about 3 weeks ago, (I'm a new csi miami fan) before this I would only watch csi vegas. Back to Eric asking for his sister, it was pretty heart breaking. He never even asked for his parents. it reminded me of how close I had been to one of my brothers in my early adulthood. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
