6th Chating Thread
May 25 2008, 12:44 AM EDT Idk if I am aloud to start a new talking thread, or if thats only a moderats job. But the old thread was way to hard to keep up with! So, I'd like to know something. I am wirting a paper on why you care for the enviorment or nawt, and whats your reaction when you see liter on the street. Please explain your answer. From all ages. Thanx. I am doing well, having a family cookout later, so I will have to get ready for that one in a little while. I must agree with everyone. I do my best with keeping my car and engine clean and maintance up on it so that it does not pollute the air. I also do not like litter bugs. I mean just hold your trash until you get somewhere, it's not that difficult. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Im doig good weather stink however rainy oh well....typical for the uk sis second rainy day. Awww bless of course you do and TLC on and of your car is paramount for sure glad to hear that too neither do I litter bugs are the worse EXCATLY I hold in jacket pockets if out anywhere till near a trash bin. May 25 2008, 10:49 AM EDT Hey girl, Sorry to hear about your rain. It is sunny and 67 degrees at 10:45 in the morning, so I have a feeling it is going to be a really nice day. No rain in the forecast for today either. Thank god, I don't want these people in my house. Which cliffhanger did you see? Season 7? I am never quite sure how far behind you are on the shows. Some you are all caught up and then others you are a season behind. Oh I love my little car, I got it all washed up yesterday and I add a new shiny piece to it. My husband took it to work one day last week and some one asked him it my car was Italian. He just chuckled. I call her my little Italian sportscar. I love when people are behind me at a stop light trying to figure out what I am driving. Do you find this valuable? |

May 25 2008, 12:28 PM EDT I second Murphy-King's thoughts. Littering should not be tolerated! Also companies should put more thought into recyclable packaging...some of the stuff is way over the top in unnecessary!! More people should take part in sites that allow you to offer your old but still useful appliances/furniture etc instead of sending it to a landfill site. If each and every one of us just did our own little bit....the improvement would be drastic!! That's my 2 cents! Sherri :) 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Environmentally Correct Behavior
May 25 2008, 9:04 PM EDT It appears that nature and her creatures exhibit far more common sense than do supposedly intelligent humans; for nature washes the skies clean with rain and animals remove their waste to avoid becoming another's supper! But man? He moves happily thru the world, littering away without a care in the world but his own joy. At least some of us do! Me, I love a clean planet and do whatever I can to avoid dropping unsightly litter in the streets. Instead, it piles up in my car where only I must deal with it. LOL:) Welcome back, Maggie, you've been sorely missed! Do you find this valuable? |
