You Know You Have A Problem When...
Aug 1 2008, 8:04 PM EDT You know you've watched too much of the CSI series when you can judge which one is one based on the song. I am sitting in the office right now and just heard one of the CSI theme songs start. I sat quite for a couple of seconds to figure out if I needed to sign off and go watch tv. I'm all good though because it was just the origina CSI and I'm not a huge fan of that one. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Aug 2 2008, 9:01 AM EDT oh ain't that the truth, Chick!! Although I don't know if there's such a thing as too much CSI-M!! There were days I was working on lesson plans and had CSI M on just to listen while I typed (I pump the TV through my computer's cable hookup) so the 'puter has duo purpose - Internet and TV!! RE: You Know You Have A Problem When...
Aug 2 2008, 11:17 AM EDT I'll have to get the name of it but my mom saw Stetler in a Lifetime movie! He played a 'good guy'. It's so funny when you see CSI M stars elsewhere, especially if they gave H a hard time LOL!! Yeah, nothing like writing lesson plans listening to that deep voice - and you know whom I mean wink wink!! Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 2 2008, 12:47 PM EDT haha no I guess there's no such thing as too much CSI:Miami... just got done watching it myself, I usually grade papers and put in a CSI dvd and listen to the commentary on an episode. (oh gosh it's almost time to start doing lesson plans again - 3 more weeks!) sunny - we were watching Bones last night and the guy who plays Peter Elliot was in an episode and I was like hey I know that guy! Being the CSI:Miami addict I am, I tried begging my husband that it would be cool to name our first daughter Calleigh - he's kinda not into that name so we've been talking about either Leah or Reagan... little does he know that Emily Procter's character in Big Momma's House 2 was Leah Fuller (hehehehe) and NO I'm not pregnant... yet... Aug 2 2008, 1:42 PM EDT To answer your first question... yes... whoa Tanya that is really cool about the names. If we have a girl her name will possibly be Leah Catherine or Reagan Alexandra. I think I like Leah the best too. As to stay on topic... I guess my problem would be which is the better name? lol My best friend's daughter's initials are SKY which is pretty neat I think. RE: You Know You Have A Problem When...
Aug 5 2008, 9:34 AM EDT Its okay, but having to put up with High School kids who think they're hilarious by singing 'Under The Sea' gets old after awhile. Funny story along those lines actually. In 8th grade this kid sat behind me for health whose name was Cody and then his buddy Eddie sat to my right. They spent an entire class period singing that stupid song in my ear and kicking the desk and chair that I was sitting in. The teacher just ignored them so finally I turned around and told them that if they didn't knock it off I was gonna hurt them (to give you a mental picture of me I stand 5'4" now and just finally made 100 pounds. Plus at 17 I fit into size 14 regulars in childrens). They continued, and again the teacher did nothing, so finally I got up and kicked the one kid in the shin. Then the teacher had the nerve to tell me that if I did that agian I was to head straight to the principal's office. *my mind: WTF??* Do you find this valuable? |

RE: You Know You Have A Problem When...
Aug 5 2008, 3:30 PM EDT I absolutly love it when teachers or even other peolple tell me that something regarding my name or age is wrong. I mean, wouldn't I know how my name is spelled or how old I am. For instance this year my gym teacher asked me if I had skipped a couple of grades and how old I was. I told her that I had not skipped any grades and was seventeen. She then asked, "Are you sure??" Of course I'm sure, I'd think I know how old I am. Do you find this valuable? |

Age and My Vacation
Aug 6 2008, 3:25 PM EDT I had told my mother about it. She found it absolutly hilrious (sp?). I get the whole "Are you sure your 17" thing a lot. Last year I was leading around 4th and 5th graders for my church's Vacation Bible School and at Arts and Crafts the lady had told me that I had better start participating in the craft or she would tell my leader *Some of the leaders for different grades would drop them off and then go to where the snack station was* I was like, 'Umm, m'am?. I am their leader.' So I've gotten pretty used to it. Ehh, could be worse So I've been in West Virginia since Sat and thus far have counted 9 Hummers *This count includes the 4 hour drive from NJ.* Although 6 of the said Hummers were on Car Dealership lots so I'm not sure how much they count for. I've taken some pics while I'm here *I'm visiting my grandmother* and I'll upload a few when I get back around the 14th. Do you find this valuable? |

I Haveth A Little Problem
Aug 6 2008, 3:59 PM EDT I do believe I may have watched CSI: NY just a little too much. I was working on a Suduko puzzle last night and kept saying "Boom" whenever I filled in a correct answer. And then I was explaining how something worked to my sister and ended it with "And Boom" and she just sorta looked at me funny *She doesn't watch CSI* Well, I shall ponder this problem more later while watching CSI: NY tonight. : P Do you find this valuable? |
